  • Return Policy: All product sales are final and no returns are allowed except for warranty returns after recieving an authorization for return from an AXS Audio team member.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Warranty

All AXS Audio products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

AXS Audio is not liable for any damages beyond the purchase price of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, profits, or data, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
